What is BFC4 Card ??!!
The BFC4 Card (Brigade Form Cadet 4) is considered the REPORT CARD for CADET MEMBERS in SJA. Each member who has passed the First Aid/ Home Nursing (only Nursing members)exam is entitled for this card. This card will be issued Free Of Charge (FOC).

Division MUST issue a card to every member and MUST be filled and signed by State Commander on a yearly basis. The card will be retained by the Division Secretary and it will be used to apply cadet service strip/star, service shield,The Grand Prior Award Badge, etc.

The card contains most of your service records such as Attendance for Annual Parade, Annual Inspection, Duty Hours,Annual Exam, Promotion, and Number of training meetings attended etc. But the most important information that this card has is the information about your Proficiency Badges. After passing the Proficiency Badge Exam, Cadets are required to fill up the card.

It is the members responsibility to check their card and initial it to certify information that has been filled is correct before sending it to the State Commander.
It is advisable that all members collect their card and retain it when you are leaving school.
