SJAM Johor Advanced First Aid and Water Rescue Course 2011

SJAM Johor State Headquarter is going to organized an Advanced First Aid and Water Rescue Course 2011 as follow.

Course Date: 12th, 13th, 14th August 2011

Venue: Asian Water Sport Village, Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong

Eligible Candidate

• Members of SJAM
• Aged 16 and above
• Must have at least one (1) Basic First Aid (Re-certification) Certificate [Sijil Pertolongan Cemas (Persijilan Semula)]
• The latest Basic First Aid (Re-certification) Certificate [Sijil Pertolongan Cemas (Persijilan Semula)] should be valid and taken no less than six (6) month before the date of course.

Entry Fee: RM100 (Accommodation, Meals and Notes)

Closing Date: 30th June 2011

For those who are interest please submit your details (Name, IC, Photocopy of 2 latest Basic First Aid Certificate or supporting document) to Mr. Liu Shyan Chi, Area Honorary Secretary before 15th June 2011 for selection of candidate to attend the course. Any late submission will not be entertain.
