PENELITI - bahawa dia dapat mengesan sebab dan tanda yang menyebabkan kecederaan dan mencari maklumat khas.

TACT - that he may , without thoughtless question , learn the symptoms and history of the case and secure the confidence of the patients and bystanders.
BIJAK - tanpa banyak berfikir dia dapat mempelajari tanda dan gejala serta cerita bagaimana kemalangan itu terjadi di samping dapat menguatkan keyakinan simalang dan mereka yang berada disitu ketika merawat simalang.

RESOURCE - that he may use the best advantage whatever is at hand to prevent further damage and to assist Natures effort to repair the mischief already done.
BERIKTIAR - dia cekap menggunakan kemudahan-kemudahan yang ada ditangan untuk menggelakkan keadaan daripada menjadi bertambah teruk dan membaiki keadaan dengan menwujudkan alat-alat peganti sekiranya alat-alat sebenar tidak diperoleh.

DEXTERITY - that he may handle a patient without causing unnecessary pain and use appliance efficiently and neatly.
CEKAP - dia akan mengendali si malang dengan cermat dan mengurangkan kesakitan di samping menggunakan peralatan dengan cekap dan kemas.

EXPLICITNESS - that he may give clear instructions to the patient and /or thebystanders how best to assist him .
JELAS - dia dapat memberi arahan dengan jelas kepada simalang dan juga orang ramai yang berada disitu untuk menolongnya .

DISCRIMINATION - that he may decide which of several injuries should be treated first .
TAHU MEMILIH - dia dapat memilih dan memberi keutamaan dalam rawatan .

PERSEVERENCE - that he may continue his efforts , though not at first successful.
TERUS BERUSAHA - dia hendaklah terus berusaha , walau pada mulanya gagal .

SYMPATHY - that he may give real comfort and encouragement to the suffering.
BERSIMPATI - Dia sesungguhnya dapat memberi keselesaan dan semangat kepada simalang yang sedang menderita .

• temperance moderate behaviour
